beautiful day for a light bike ride. i ate some toast then broke for the sunshine. a light tail wind on my way down the pch.an hour and a half later i am in laguna beach, thirty miles south of long beach. i decided to turn around and head back. about five minutes later the wind started to really to pick up, right in my face. extremely hard to pedal. no money, no food, miserable. i came up with the idea of the century, free sugar (in the raw) at starbucks. i quickly downed about ten packets and was feeling great. within twenty minutes i felt sick and miserable"r." genious to jackass in under a half hour. four hours later i am home.
